I was delighted to be joined in this series of Mindful Moments by my colleague, Clodagh McCarthy. These videos, each lasting 15 minutes, will introduce you to a range of simple mindfulness practices, such as grounding and steadying practices, awareness of breathing, body scan and more. You may also like to try the self-compassion and loving kindness practices. These practices can be incorporated into your day, in your own time. I hope you enjoy them!
