Who is a Mindfulness Taster Session suitable for?

If you are completely new to Mindfulness; if you’re curious about Mindfulness; if you’d like to dip your toe in the water before committing to a course, then this Taster Session will be perfect for you!
What can I expect to be doing in this workshop?
This practical and informative workshop will introduce you to the theory and principles of Mindfulness. You will have the chance to try out several mindfulness practices, including a body scan, gentle mindful movement, and awareness of breathing practice. The workshop will also provide a little bit of calm, allowing you to establish an intention of self-care.
Practical course details:
- 2 hour one-off session.
- 10 minute guided audio practice provided for follow on use.
- Q and A time.
- Further mindfulness resources and information for follow up.
Does this Mindfulness Taster Session work ONLINE?
Yes!
I have been certified by East Coast Mindfulness, USA to deliver Mindfulness courses ONLINE.
I have adapted the content of this Taster Session so that you will be able to learn more about mindfulness and try it out for yourself through an online format. Plus, there is the added benefit of taking part in the course from the comfort of your own home!!
